I had a fantastic stay overall. The hotel was very modern, clean, and quiet, along with a fantastic heated pool that I loved. The location is really convenient with easy access to public transportation. However, I had a terrible experience with my reservation cancellation, which was incredibly frustrating, and I faced hot water issues during my stay, which made things uncomfortable.

I had a terrible experience with my reservation being canceled right upon arrival, which forced me to pay an inflated price for a room. The lack of hot water made my stay even worse, and I couldn't reach anyone for help. On the bright side, the second hotel I visited was quiet, modern, and had an excellent heated pool, which I thoroughly enjoyed. If only the first experience had been better, it would have been a good trip overall.
